You may cancel your subscription through the payment platform you used or by contacting ainsfw.ai support. Payments for the current subscription period are non-refundable unless required by law. You will retain access until the end of the current period.
ainsfw.ai reserves the right to apply rate limits to the Service for both free and paid users. This may restrict frequency and volume of requests and can be changed at any time. Exceeding limits may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.
You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information and keep a valid contact method on file.
ainsfw.ai may modify subscription fees at any time, effective at the end of your current billing cycle. You will be notified in advance. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the new fees.
Except where required by law, paid subscriptions are non-refundable. Special refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at ainsfw.ai's discretion.
All feedback You provide to ainsfw.ai becomes the property of ainsfw.ai or is granted under a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites. ainsfw.ai is not responsible for their content, security, or privacy practices. Please review their terms and policies.
These Terms remain in effect until terminated by You or ainsfw.ai. Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination. ainsfw.ai may assign, transfer, or subcontract its rights or obligations with notice on the website.
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee:

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Service's operating jurisdiction. For disputes, contact ainsfw.ai first to attempt an amicable resolution.
If You are an EU user, You have the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections in the law of your country of residence.
The Service is a "commercial item" as defined at 48 C.F.R. §2.101.
You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a US embargo and are not listed on any US government restricted party list.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
If these Terms are translated, the English version prevails in case of conflict.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms become effective when posted. Continued use of the Service indicates acceptance.
These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between You and ainsfw.ai regarding use of the Service and supersede prior agreements.
